Salt Spray Test Chamber-CZ-90C (PP Material)
designed to evaluate the corrosion resistance of metals, metal coatings, organic coatings, anodized films, and surface-treated materials. It provides a cost-effective solution for manufacturers and laboratories to assess coating protection, material durability, and surface corrosion resistance under controlled salt spray conditions.
The chamber supports Neutral Salt Spray (NSS), Acetic Acid Salt Spray (AASS), and Copper Accelerated Acetic Acid Salt Spray (CASS) testing. With programmable control, it can perform continuous spray, intermittent spray, and programmed spray cycles to meet different testing requirements.
The equipment is designed for commonly used salt spray corrosion test methods and relevant standards, including ASTM B117, IEC 60068-2-11, JIS H8502, GB/T 10125, ISO 9227, GB/T 2423.17, and applicable ISO 11474 requirements. The applicable standards depend on the selected test method and equipment configuration.
