Product Introduction:
High temperature aging room, also known as high temperature aging machine, high temperature aging cabinet, aging room, burn-in room, burning room, etc., is a device for simulating high temperature and harsh environment testing for high-performance electronic products (such as: computer, PCB board, display, terminal, automotive electronic products, power supply, motherboard, monitor, switching charger, etc.). It is an important experimental equipment to improve product stability and reliability, and it is also an important production process for various manufacturers to improve product quality and competitiveness. The equipment is widely used in power electronics, computers, communications, biopharmaceuticals and other fields.
According to different requirements, the main system, main power system, control system, heating system, temperature control system, wind constant temperature system, time control system, test load, etc. are configured. Through this test procedure, defective products or defective parts can be detected. The outer frame of the aging room is composed of insulation panels and compartments, equipped with main distribution boxes, test racks, temperature controllers, timers, various electrical switches, heating electric heaters, tray racks, sliding doors, circulating fans, exhaust fans, sockets and other equipment to simulate a high temperature and harsh environment (40℃-70℃±5℃, power ON-OFF action, etc.), so that the product can be powered on by connecting the simulated load in this environment. The test time can be set arbitrarily within 0-99.9 hours. Through this test procedure, defective products or defective parts can be found. It is a process and quality control equipment.
