Function:
The compound salt spray corrosion test simulates and increases the environment of being exposed to salt spray pollution and accelerating corrosion outdoors. It simulates the conditions commonly encountered in the natural environment and tests under harsh conditions several times that of the natural environment, such as salt spray, dryness, humidity, and room temperature static environment. The tests can be performed in any order or individually. The main test products are for products used in drastic environmental changes, such as automobile and motorcycle parts, aviation equipment, photographic equipment, building materials, electroplating coatings, and electronic and electrical systems. The electrochemical corrosion resistance of metals is applicable.
How it Works:
The working mode adopts dry and wet, salt spray separate control mode. When the machine is conducting salt spray test, the dry and wet control box will be automatically closed. When dry and wet experiments are required, the controller will automatically switch to the dry and wet control box, and automatically stop the salt spray test. It can control periodic spray or continuous spray to achieve dry, wet heat, salt spray, and condensed water circulation automatic operation; the spray principle adopts peristaltic pump water supply, and the fine atomization nozzle will atomize the salt water and evenly scatter it into the test space.
3. Test sample restrictions
This test equipment prohibits the test of flammable, explosive, and volatile material samples; the test of storing highly corrosive material samples, the test of storing biological samples, and the test and storage of strong electromagnetic emission source samples!!!
Overview of the Main Functions of the Device:
The composite salt spray composite test machine has the entire inner box space with corrosion resistance. The inner box is made of corrosion-resistant materials and has excellent thermal insulation performance. The equipment includes a sample test bracket, which can meet the requirements of placing test products of different specifications for testing. In addition, the equipment also has the following functions:
(1) It has an emergency braking function. A brake switch is installed on the equipment. When an abnormal situation occurs, the equipment can be powered off by controlling the switch.
(2) The equipment is equipped with corresponding system software. The software can run stably on the provided operating system. The software interface is in Chinese or English and has no service life limit. The software includes temperature change test, humidity, accuracy calibration part, and equipment self-test module part.
(3) The system software can record, automatically save, and optimize data in real time. The temperature-time, humidity-time and other curves can be drawn through software settings.
(4) The system software is equipped with a safety protection parameter interface, and after the setting is completed, it will be given priority during the test process to ensure the safety of the test.
(5) The system software can achieve the function of test data security protection. The software has administrator function and can limit the operation rights of general operators.
(6) The system software has post-data processing function and can support the import of multiple data files, support data screening, and support any X-axis.
