Function:
The cold and thermal shock tester is used to test the capability of material structure or composite materials to withstand the continuous environmental changes between extremely high temperatures and low temperatures during a short period, and therefore understand the chemical changes or physical damages caused by expansion from heat and contraction from cold in the shortest possible time. It is applicable to lithium batteries, metals, plastics, rubber, electronics… and other materials that can be used as the basis or reference for product improvement.
Feature:
The three-chamber equipment area is divided into three areas: high temperature area, low temperature area and test area. The tested products are placed in the test area. During impact, the temperature of the high temperature area or low temperature area rushes into the test area for impact. The tested products are static. The touch-control graphic control operation interface is adopted, and the operating cylinder is easy.
The air path switching method is used to introduce the temperature into the test area for cold and hot shock tests.
During high-temperature impact or low-temperature impact, the maximum time can reach 999H and the maximum cycle period can reach 9,999 times.
The system can be used for automatic cycle or manual selective impact and can set the start of two-zone or three-zone impact and cooling/heating impact.
The binary refrigeration system is used for cooling, with quick cooling effects. The method is water cooling.
Normal temperature shock test is allowed.
