This series of programmable constant temperature and humidity testers are also known as high temperature and humidity alternating testers or constant temperature baths. They are mainly used to simulate the harsh high temperature or humidity environment that electronic instruments, new materials, electrical engineering, vehicles, metals, electronic products, aerospace materials, etc. may encounter during transportation, storage, and use; or to test the high temperature and humidity resistance of materials, accessories, or instruments and equipment in a high temperature and humidity alternating environment, as well as the possible damage and shortened lifespan.

 

Features:

The test box consists of two parts: the main insulated box and an independent refrigeration unit. The outer box is made of high-quality anti-corrosion electrolytic plates, and the surface is electrostatic powder painted, which is beautiful and generous;
The inner box is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the inner wall is treated to ensure the insulation of the inner tank and safe use;
The multi-layer vacuum glass observation window, with electronic defogging film, heat and sweat prevention, is convenient for viewing the test. The refrigeration system uses independent cold end and hot end PID adjustment;
Avoids the energy waste caused by the hedging of cooling capacity and heating capacity, and effectively saves electricity bills. The compressor uses an imported brand and comes with a PTC temperature sensor. When the compressor is over-temperature, it can achieve over-temperature protection. The direct color LCD clock-type PLC architecture controller, multiple groups of intelligent PD control: the fixed value operation time setting can reach 999999h59m;
7-inch resolution: 800480, 65535 color, LED backlight display screen, test curve screen display, can be connected to a computer to display the curve, data acquisition;
Can be used as a monitoring and remote control system;
Can be used for multiple machines synchronous control.
