Use:
Thermal shock chambers are used to test the ability of materials or composite structures to withstand continuous exposure to high and low temperatures, quickly examining chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction. Suitable for materials such as lithium batteries, metals, plastics, rubber, and electronics, these chambers can serve as a basis or reference for product improvement.
Features:
● The two-chamber equipment is divided into a high-temperature zone and a low-temperature zone. The test product is placed in a basket. During impact testing, the basket moves the test product into the high-temperature or low-temperature zone for impact testing. The test product is tested dynamically.
● A touchscreen graphical user interface is used for easy operation.
● The impact test uses airflow switching to adjust the temperature within the test zone, allowing for hot and cold impact testing.
● The maximum duration for high-temperature or low-temperature impact testing is 999 hours, with a maximum cycle time of 9999.
● The system can be operated in automatic cycle mode or with manual selective impact.
● The cooling system utilizes a dual-component refrigeration system for rapid cooling, using water cooling.
