I. Clean nozzles steps

1.Prepartion

B. shutdown:ensure that the chamber is in the off position an cut off the power supply to prevent accidental operation;

3.Clean Process

A. Tear down spray nozzle

B. Clean spray nozzle

C. Soaking and cleaning

D. Dry spray nozzle

Dry the nozzle with a towel or soft cloth to ensure therei is no moisture remaining, in order to prevent the formation of crystals again.
