How to deal with the blockage of salt spray test machine pipeline?
If the salt spray test chamber pipes are clogged, follow these steps:
I. Determine the Blockage Location (Zhongzhi Times)
- Observe the various pipes in the salt spray test chamber for obvious signs of blockage, such as salt crystal accumulation or foreign matter.
- Inspect key areas, such as the brine pipes and spray pipes, to determine where the blockage may have occurred.
II. Clearing the Blockage
- For Salt Crystal Blockages:
- Soak the pipes in warm water or a detergent of appropriate concentration to dissolve the salt crystals.
- Gently unclog the pipes with a soft brush or thin wire, but be careful not to damage the inner wall.
- For Foreign Matter Blockages:
- Carefully disassemble the potentially clogged pipe section and remove the foreign matter.
- If the foreign matter is difficult to remove directly, use compressed air or a small vacuum cleaner to attempt to clear it.
III. Preventing Re-Blockages
- Ensure that the brine used meets the test chamber requirements and is free of excessive impurities.
- Perform regular maintenance on the salt spray test chamber, cleaning the pipes and nozzles.
- After the test, drain the brine from the pipes promptly to prevent salt crystals from forming.
IV. Checking Equipment Operation (Dongguan Zhongzhi)
- After clearing any blockages, restart the salt spray test chamber and check that the pipes are clear and the spray is flowing normally.
- Observe the equipment for a period of time to ensure that no blockages occur again.
