Product Introduction:
The equipment is used to determine the degree of protection of the product against the intrusion of fine dust; this machine is strictly manufactured in accordance with the protection level test IP5IP6 in EC 60529:2001 and the La2 regulations in IEC 60068-2-68:1994. This test is a test to check the sealing. The sample is exposed to a dusty airflow with a concentration of non-abrasive fine dust less than 75um in size. The sample volume cannot exceed 25% of the internal volume of the test chamber, and the sample base should not exceed 50% of the horizontal working area of the test chamber.

National Military Standard Sand and Dust Test Chamber:
It is suitable for experiments on preventing sand and dust from entering the shell of military electromechanical equipment and seals in a sand
and dust environment. It is used to test the performance of the test product in use, storage and transportation in a sand and dust environment.
The equipment meets the relevant standards of military and national shell protection levels. It can be used to evaluate the equipment’s ability
to resist dust that may block openings, penetrate cracks, bearings and joints, and can also be used to evaluate the performance of filtering devices.
Program II-Sand Blowing is used to study the equipment’s adaptability to sand blowing (diameter 150um~850um).
