The Economical Salt Spray Test Chamber is a laboratory corrosion testing system designed to evaluate the corrosion resistance of metals, coatings, surface-treated materials, hardware products, automotive components, and industrial materials. Its practical design provides an affordable and reliable solution for routine salt spray corrosion testing and quality inspection.
The chamber generates a controlled salt spray environment to simulate corrosive conditions and accelerate the evaluation of material durability, coating protection, and surface corrosion resistance. It supports Neutral Salt Spray (NSS), Acetic Acid Salt Spray (ACSS), and Copper Accelerated Acetic Acid Salt Spray (CASS) testing, helping manufacturers assess product performance and maintain consistent quality standards.
The equipment is suitable for commonly used salt spray corrosion test methods and relevant international standards, including ASTM B117, ISO 9227, IEC 60068-2-11, JIS H8502, GB/T 10125, and applicable GB/T 2423.17 requirements.

Type A series can be used to complete many accelerated corrosion tests, including GJB150.11A-2009, ASTM B117, GB/T2423.17/IEC 60068-2-11,
